  I switched to allstate after having been with state farm for years. I was able to get more coverage for less money and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office if you're looking for insurance.

  I moved to CO from NY, was recommended to this agency, eventually causing over $1300 in fines to accrue from auto remaining registered in NY state when they switched my insurance CO and cancelled the NY policy. *Let me be clear* I DO NOT expect them to know the laws of every single state, but taking 2 seconds to look into it for me, or recommend that look into buttoning up my previous registration situation in NY. (one of the few states that requires in-state insurance if you are still registered there) There are plenty of people moving to CO, and they should at least be familiar enough to recommend the customer look into making sure all the ducks are in a row, I did not realize the urgency. I had to have my NY policy backdated to avoid $1300 fees, get my CO premium refunded, which I later discovered on my own, entailed cancelling my CO policy. Only after I looked into it months later did i realize i had no policy, and was driving without insurance for 4 months!! (I have plenty of money and auto pay so i didn't realize the small premium had stopped) and to add insult to injury, they wouldn't insure me again because i hadn't been insured for a prior consecutive 12 months. SERIOUSLY!? worst. experience. EVER.
