Retail Branch Manager Michael Shotnik raises the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction.He was extremely knowledgeable, diligent, personable and very available.   Amazing experience! Michael and his team are very professional, and that's exactly what a home-buyer needs! a truly professional team! We were buying a new construction townhouse and had few months before closing, so we shopped around and researched for the best option and I'm glad that I could work with Micheal. He based our process based on what is best for us, which is not the case always with other companies as we experienced once before switching to Colorado Mortgage. After our long closing process was done (we had several frustrating delays from the builder) we really appreciate their professionalism. In home buying process you don't need someone who acts super friendly or says you are the special customer, you just need a company that knows what they are doing and doing their job flawlessly!
